Elliott’s CD Soon?

According to his proud mom, Claudette, Richmond’s favorite Idol Elliott Yamin has been busy writing songs for his upcoming CD. (He’s penned between 11 and 13). She says that fans should look for a single in the next few weeks and a CD release in February. She tells us that Elliott has signed a recording contract with Sony but that Sony won’t make the news public until this week. Elliott already has a publishing deal with the record company. And a bit of trivia — his Los Angeles public-relations firm, Three Ring Projects is headed by another Richmonder, Jeff Rabhan.

This is fantastic news! Don't want to get my hopes up yet though. I truly hope that we do hear something this week.

Thanks for the update.

What a great way to start the day! Thanks for the info. I cannot wait to hear Elliott's new CD and what he's written. He's such a talented guy and I expect great things for him for many, many years. He's been such a great ambassador for Richmond. The homecoming events back in May will go down as one of the most memorable days ever in Richmond - and for such a deserving young man! Love him, love him, love him!

I don't get it. So Elliott's own mom is completely in the dark about her son? She's telling you things that aren't true? Do any of you "journalists" have any interest in the truth, or are you only interested in printing what you're told? How about asking some pointed questions, as you are paid to do, and find out the TRUTH before you put something out there? None of us has any idea now what the real story is, and if you weren't bowing to Elliott's Three Ring (Circus) spokesperson, you wouldn't allow them to get away with all this doublespeak and confusion.
